Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and confident Team Administrator to join a successful legal consulting practice based in the City area of London, to provide essential assistance with the smooth running of their business support functions.

This role reports to the EA / People Manager and Operations Administrator; therefore, a wide and varied role, with the need for strong organisation, prioritisation and flexibility skills – someone used to juggling priorities, and a great work ethic is essential. The successful applicant will be bright and confident, and willing to get stuck in from day one.

1-2 years of relevant experience is necessary, alongside Microsoft, CRM and general IT proficiency.

Hours: 9am-6pm

Based: City – 4 days office 1 day WFH (usually Wednesday)

- Scheduling training / appraisals / mentoring sessions
- Preparing appraisal packs
- Supporting maintenance of staff benefits
- Creating and communicating internal ‘how to’ guides

Senior EA support

- Diary management – travel, meetings, etc
- Expense administration – filing receipts, etc
- Complex travel
- Arranging IT support

- Drafting meeting agendas/meeting minutes
- Greeting clients/visitors

- CRM administration support
