Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Team Administrator to join a successful legal consulting practice based in the City area of London, to provide essential assistance with the smooth running of their business support functions.

This role reports to the EA / People Manager and Operations Administrator; therefore, a wide and varied role, with the need for strong organisation, prioritisation and flexibility skills – someone used to juggling priorities, and a great work ethic is essential.  The successful applicant will be bright and confident, and willing to get stuck in from day one.

\\n\\n

1-2 years of relevant experience is necessary, alongside Microsoft, CRM and general IT proficiency.

\\n\\n

Hours: 9am-6pm

\\n\\n

Based: City – 4 days office 1 day WFH (usually Wednesday)

Duties include but are not limited to:

People Management / HR Support

  • Scheduling training / appraisals / mentoring sessions

  • Preparing appraisal packs

  • Supporting maintenance of staff benefits

  • Creating and communicating internal ‘how to’ guides
  • \\n

Senior EA support

  • Diary management – travel, meetings, etc
  • \\n\\t

  • Expense administration – filing receipts, etc
  • \\n\\t

  • Complex travel
  • \\n\\t

  • Arranging IT support
  • \\n

\\n\\n

Operations Administrator support

  • Drafting meeting agendas/meeting minutes
  • \\n\\t

  • Greeting clients/visitors
  • \\n\\t

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • \\n\\t

  • Maintaining common areas
  • \\n\\t

  • Meeting room set up

  • Maintaining office supplies / library
  • \\n\\t

  • Distributing post / scanning and filing

  • Event support – internal / external

  • Conducting conflict checks on request from Partners and Directors
