Our client, a highly regarded risk management business, is seeking an experienced professional for a Sales Operations Support role – with Personal Assistant function, to join their team in a new position, to provide proactive support whilst keeping the sales function running smoothly through systems management, reporting, and operational excellence.
This position calls for someone exceptionally organised, commercially aware, and tech-confident, who thrives in a developing and evolving business environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, alongside a high level of professionalism and discretion. They’ll be confident using CRM systems and digital tools, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting, and possess an analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Resourcefulness, proactivity, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
Experience-wise, applicants must come with a proven PA / EA / high-level administrator background, with experience supporting sales, operations, or commercial teams. Strong IT skills are essential, as is CRM experience—ideally Salesforce; additionally bid, tender, or proposal experience is beneficial. A background in high-growth businesses or environments where processes are still being built would be valuable.

Hours: 9-5pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and administer the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline integrity, and supporting dashboards and reporting.
- Assist with tenders, proposals, and RFP responses, ensuring professional formatting and maintaining central document repositories.
- Track the sales pipeline, support forecasting and KPI reporting, and coordinate smooth handovers to operational teams.
- Manage contracts, client onboarding, compliance documentation, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.
- Provide full PA support including diary and inbox management, event coordination, document production, meeting preparation, expense administration, and stakeholder liaison.
