Our client, a business focused on luxury design rooted in Middle-Eastern culture, is seeking a highly experienced hybrid Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a true right-hand, providing comprehensive support across professional and personal matters. The role is hybrid, requiring two to three days per week at the client’s private residence in SW London.
The client is looking to make a long-term appointment and requires exceptional discretion, autonomy, and senior-level judgment. The role combines high-level executive support with oversight of financial administration and bookkeeping coordination. The ideal candidate will be calm and composed under pressure, exceptionally organised, and capable of operating with strategic-level thinking.
Applicants must have polished communication skills alongside a capable professional manner. They must be highly organised and proactive, with the commercial awareness and emotional intelligence to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead.
Being based locally or within a short commute to Chiswick, and 10+ years’ experience in senior EA roles, bookkeeping and financial administration knowledge are all essential factors.
Hours: Monday–Friday, on-site (flexibility negotiable where required)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Executive support
- Full diary management including scheduling & prioritisation
- Inbox / correspondence management
- Coordination of meetings, travel, and itineraries
- Preparation of documents, reports, and briefing materials
- Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact
- Financial administration & bookkeeping
- Oversight of bookkeeping processes and liaison with accountants
- Collating list of payments, invoices, and reconciliations
- Managing financial documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Assisting with budgeting and expense management where required
- Personal & Private support
- Managing confidential personal matters with absolute discretion
- Coordinating appointments, household matters, and private administration
- Supporting lifestyle and family logistics where necessary
