We are looking for a superstar team player Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO & Founder of an established and successful hedge fund. You will work alongside the principal EA, stepping up to sole EA when required. This role will focus primarily on the business side, with some private duties, working closely with the principal EA and Chief of Staff – a well-established and close-knit team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diary management, organising meetings, ensuring the client is in the right place at the right time, meeting and greeting guests, and running personal errands, etc.
As with most roles of this nature, it requires someone equipped to handle a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. It will also be necessary to be flexible out of hours, especially when acting as lead EA. This role will often mean ever-changing priorities.
Proven EA experience required, and experience working in a corporate environment preferred.
Hours: 8:30am-6pm
Based: Fully office-based – Central London
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inbox management – keeping track of responses & follow-up
- Typing emails, meeting notes and documents
- Diary management
- Travel planning
- General EA duties (i.e. meeting prep, lunch arrangements, occasional errands)
- Meeting material preparation
- Provide support to the Chief of Staff, EA, and Family Office
- Liaise with Property Management to ensure effective management
