We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to lead revenue growth across the portfolio of premium restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and creating memorable dining and event experiences. You'll take ownership of private dining, corporate bookings and exclusive venue hire, while also supporting the group's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness.

The Role

  • Growing sales across all restaurants, with a strong focus on private dining, exclusive and semi-exclusive venue hire.
  • Developing and managing corporate accounts while building a strong pipeline of new business.
  • Proactively generating leads by engaging with local businesses, event agencies, concierges and corporate clients.
  • Managing enquiries from initial contact through to event delivery, working closely with each restaurant's management team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Building long-term relationships with repeat clients and key booking partners.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, events, promotions and social media activity.
  • Monitoring sales performance, reporting on pipeline activity and delivering against revenue targets.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven sales, events or business development experience within premium hospitality, restaurants or private dining.
  • An established network of corporate contacts, event planners or agencies (highly desirable).
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a passion for generating new business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and make a real commercial impact.
