We’re working with a fabulous property company in SW London that is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their busy, welcoming office. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves being part of a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be supporting a dynamic sales team, so being organised, calm under pressure, and great with detail is key. Property experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential; however, they need someone who has worked in an office before and who is happy to get stuck in.

This is a fun office and the sales team generates a lot of work, so they’re looking for someone reliable, committed, and happy to be the go-to support person. In return, you’ll be joining a genuinely lovely company with multiple offices across SW London and around 70 people in total who regularly catch up and socialise.

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day admin and sales support to the team
  • Preparing valuation letters, offer letters, exchange correspondence, sales memorandums and invoices
  • Organising photography, floorplans, EPCs and sales appointments
  • Carrying out AML checks and Land Registry searches
  • Liaising with vendors and supporting property launches
  • Helping with brochures, online marketing and property portals
  • Compiling sales files and keeping everything organised
  • Generally keeping the office running smoothly

Other details:

  • Based: Office-based, SW London
  • Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + discretionary quarterly bonus
  • Benefits: Pension, healthcare and additional perks
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–6:00pm
  • Holiday: 23 days plus an extra day off for your birthday
  • Socials: Regular team and office get-togethers
