Our prestigious investment client is seeking an exceptional Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the organisation. This role combines reception duties with administrative responsibilities in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
This role requires a confident and outgoing candidate, capable of building strong relationships with key stakeholders and working as part of a collaborative team, to provide an excellent standard of service. The ideal candidate must have strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, alongside the flexibility to respond to swiftly changing requirements and priorities.
Our client is looking for someone confident, immaculately presented, extremely personable, yet always the consummate professional. The successful candidate will have the ability to listen and communicate well, possess great attention to detail and act with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
Hours – 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide visitors with a superior welcome
- Help create and maintain a welcoming environment
- Deal with incoming inquiries / switchboard
- Coordinate meeting rooms / bookings
- Collate and update lists, logs and registers as required
- Sort post ready for collection
- Arrange couriers
- Maintain filing systems
- Photocopying, faxing, scanning services
- Support the other administrative staff with ad-hoc duties
