PT Lifestyle & Family Assistant. Kensington. Self-employed 4-5 days

We are seeking a part-time time detail-oriented Family Assistant to support a lovely family with two school-aged children and two properties.  The role is based in the client’s Kensington home and joins a close-knit team of household staff, managing a range of household and logistical responsibilities.  This role is offered on a self-employed basis.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised, motivated and self-sufficient; being able to work independently without oversight is essential. Discretion, punctuality and professionalism are key.  The role requires the ability to anticipate needs before they arise, enabling the smooth running of a busy household.

They need someone confident in supporting a dynamic family environment, with the ability to take initiative and manage shifting priorities efficiently.  This role would suit a flexible team player with a can-do attitude, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

A background in lifestyle or private PA services is preferred.
