Our wonderful long-standing property client in South Kensington is looking for a friendly and personable property administrator, with previous property sector experience, to join their small, friendly team and become the backbone of operations. The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and take real ownership of their role. You'll quickly become an indispensable part of a smooth-running operation, with lots of guidance, support and room to progress over time. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to learn, grow and take on more responsibility over time.
Property experience would be useful but isn't essential; what matters more is a genuine willingness to muck in, a good head for numbers, and excellent organisational and people skills. You'll be trained up on the systems used. Anyone with a natural flair for financial calculations will find plenty of scope here to take on additional responsibility. Previous property experience is essential.
Hours: 9 am β 6pm (office-based)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Key handling
- Updating the website with property listings
- Preparing content for brochures
- Organising viewings
- General sales administration
- Liaising with contractors
- AML checks
- Preparing sales details and sales letters once a sale is agreed
- Progressing tenancies from offer to completion
- Drafting offer letters and managing referencing
- Checking rents are received and landlords are paid on time
- Gas safety certificates
- Right to rent paperwork
