The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are looking for an experienced and expert Private PA, to support a long standing client, with a wide variety of fascinating business interests, including property and art, providing senior level assistance to Principal and his family fluidly between all business and private matters.

This a role key to ensuring the household always runs smoothly and the principal and wife’s needs are administered day to day – with a split of 70% personal, and 30% business support.

The successful candidate will act as first point of contact in the private household, liaising between staff at all locations and working as the main liaison, always representing him with professionalism and discretion.

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities whilst maintaining a detail-oriented approach to their work. They should be a natural self-starter who can work independently, effectively prioritise their workload, and show initiative in acting and responding appropriately to complex situations.

Whilst a fully office-based role, at the principal’s home office, the ability to work flexibly is essential, alongside previous experience as a PA/EA at a senior level, with advanced MS Office skills and strong communication skills.

Hours: 8.30 – 5.30pm (may consider 4 days / week)

Holiday: 25 days

Based Office (W1)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage finance functions, i.e. invoicing, expenses, credit card, banking etc
  • Extensive diary management and forward planning.
  • International travel inc’ itineraries and research
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Produce letters, reports and spreadsheets as required
  • Liaising with staff to ensure seamless running of private household
  • Order household purchases as requested by housekeeper
  • Manage second property
  • Organising private and corporate events
  • Ad hoc duties including shopping, errands, medication etc.
  • Act as first point of contact to Principal, liaising with household and contacts accordingly
