Private Personal Assistant Family. Part-time. Central London. Friday – Monday (inc’ weekend) This lovely family are seeking a second Personal Assistant, with strong interpersonal skills, to support business and personal affairs, daily operations, and provide some assistance with family life and household management. You will be working Friday and Monday in the family office in Mayfair and then weekends either from your home or theirs or out and about running errands! This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with utmost professionalism. This ideal candidate will have had some experience nannying but also providing Private PA assistance, and have an interest in transitioning into more Private PA work. Exceptional organisational, time management and problem solving skills are essential alongside flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary and a valid drivers licence. Duties include but are not limited to:Maintain complex calendars for family members, including social engagements, business meetings, and children\’s activitiesCoordinate travel arrangementsHandle correspondence and communicationsManage personal and household expensesProcess invoices and maintain financial recordsOrganise important documents and filing systemsCoordinate with advisors and legal teams as requiredSchedule and manage appointments (medical, personal, business)Organise / help coordinate family eventsRun personal errands and handle shopping requestsManage gift purchasingCoordinate children\’s activities and educational requirementsAssist with household task scheduling and maintenance / tradesAssist with property management across multiple residences Hours: 9-6pmSalary: £30-35k take home ***Joyce Guiness is a one of the most established support recruitment agencies in London.
