One of our fabulous wealth management clients is looking to fill a FTC Maternity Cover – Portfolio Administrator – 12 months. They are looking for a proactive and organised Portfolio Administrator to join their Fund Research team, who are based in Mayfair. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who is looking to build a career in wealth management.

Working closely with Portfolio Managers, you will provide essential administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of client portfolios and investment operations. The role will suit someone who has previous administration experience, ideally within financial services. They are looking for someone highly organised who has excellent attention to detail. As well as strong Microsoft skills, they would like a strong communicator and team player. This is a busy role where you will need to manage priorities and be able to work at all levels within the business. Ideally they would like someone who holds or is working towards their CISI Level 3 UK Financial Regulation qualification.

Based: 3 days office / 2 WFH

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding new clients and setting up accounts accurately.
  • Monitoring cash transactions and supporting trade execution.
  • Managing team enquiries and liaising with investment managers.
  • Producing client reports, presentations and portfolio information.
  • Providing administrative support, including reporting and quarterly fee processing.
