Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced PA / Office Administrator to join their boutique property company and ensure the smooth management of the office and day-to-day operations. The role is split between providing administrative support to the sales and lettings team, and assisting the Managing Director with several PA responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to become an integral part of a small but great team within a well-established property business.

The successful candidate will join a company that values attention to detail and must thrive in a varied role where no two days are the same, handling day-to-day office operations alongside confidential executive support. This position would suit someone who enjoys building relationships and offering the highest standards of service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner, and a natural ability to prioritise competing demands whilst working efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • PA duties for Managing Director
  • General Administration
  • Meeting minutes
  • Co-ordinating diaries as required
  • Maintain databases and filing
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Maintain website property details
  • Organising new instruction photos, EPCs and floor plans
  • Helping design / prepare / produce brochures
  • Drafting / sending letters (e.g. instructions, offers, completions, etc.)
  • Distributing lettings / sales invoices
  • Ensuring client ID is received and filed
  • Point of contact with clients
  • Assist with management of viewing scheduling – as required

Requirements

  • One year of experience in a relevant admin role (property experience not essential but helpful)
  • Interest in the property industry
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and work under pressure
  • Relevant administrative qualifications

Details

  • Salary: Β£32-35k + benefits (private health, pension, discretionary bonus)
  • Holiday: 20 days – increasing annually
  • Hours: 9-6pm, 5 days
