We’re looking for an organised, proactive and genuinely flexible PA and Household Manager to become an invaluable right-hand to a successful HNWI. This isn’t a standard 9‑5 PA role; for the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to build a long‑term role, to play to your strengths and grow with you.
Whilst this is mainly a PA/Household Management role there will be elements of childcare. The role splits roughly into two parts:
- Monday & Tuesday: Working from the family home 7am – 7pm. Earlier starts with getting the children to school, house admin and then helping prepare children’s tea and generally keeping family life running smoothly, being the person who makes sure everything’s in the right place at the right time.
- Wednesday to Friday: More traditional PA hours 9am – 5pm, either from home or the house, supporting with both household and business admin. Friday is flexible if you are looking for a shorter week, 4 days.
Candidates need to be genuinely flexible, comfortable with longer days on Mondays and Tuesdays, and happy to occasionally travel to the country residence with the family. You must be confident with children; warm, capable, and happy to muck in with tea and homework; help prepare meals. The successful candidate will be responsive, proactive and able to work autonomously. They must be organised and reliable, trusted with everything from school runs to complex holiday planning.
Hours: Mon / Tues 7am – 7pm & Weds / Thurs 9 – 5pm. Friday optional / TBC
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing household admin, eg, car tax, bills, keeping everything ticking over
- Booking complex family holidays
- Liaising with interior designers on house projects
- Coordinating with housekeepers at the country residence
- Organising activities for family trips
- Business PA duties, eg, diary management, meetings, general business support
