We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator who will take the lead on paid search and social strategy and execution, for a lovely furniture and interiors brand based in the Guildford area.
The successful candidate will be someone who is both an independent worker and a team player, as they will be responsible end-to-end planning and management of campaigns, alongside relevant stakeholders and partners.
This candidate needs to understand the challenges and opportunities involved in high consideration / low frequency purchases, as well as having a strong understanding of incrementality and attribution.
Our client requires a minimum of 2 years of experience of managing paid search and paid social campaigns, particularly in marketing products with long or complex customer journeys.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms is essential, along with excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools. A passion for furniture, design, and sustainability would be advantageous for this role.
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Based: Guildford area – driver essential
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and optimise paid search, advertising and social marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute a paid media strategy
- Continuously optimise campaigns for performance, focusing on upper and lower funnel metrics to drive incremental sales and awareness
- Manage paid media budget, ensuring effective allocation / spending
- Forecast and allocate budget based on campaign performance and goals
- Maintain tracking and reporting for all paid media campaigns
- Regular reporting to team
- Use analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
