An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to support the Director of a thriving boutique property business based in Central London. This is a varied, fast-paced, and hands-on role, ideal for a PA who enjoys being the lynchpin of a small, entrepreneurial office and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

The Role

  • Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for providing seamless day-to-day support, including:
  • Full diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations
  • Assisting with property-related administration and projects
  • Ensuring the office is organised, efficient, and running to a high standard
  • Ad-hoc support and problem-solving as required

About You

  • You will be:
  • An experienced PA (ideally supporting a senior individual either in property or professional services)
  • Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
