We are seeking someone eager to join a tight-knit, professional team where priorities move quickly and challenges come with the territory. This role isn’t for the faint-hearted — applicants should be calm under pressure, resourceful, and ready to get things done.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working with complex travel itineraries and has experience as a PA or Team Assistant in a family office, or has extensive experience in travel planning / or the travel industry.
They must be organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure, as well as a confident negotiator with a solutions mindset. The successful candidate will be resilient and happy to muck in, and must be able to read the room. They require someone who thrives on variety, solves problems with calm determination, and isn’t afraid to step up when things get busy.
Strong IT literacy and a clean driving licence are essential, and being comfortable navigating around London and occasional driving on the Continent is an important aspect of the role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate complex international travel and dynamic diaries
- Negotiate with hotels and airlines to secure refunds or claims
- Organise medical appointments and insurance claims
- Handle business and lifestyle admin, errands, and events
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, seamless support
