We have a temp-to-perm opportunity for an Operations, Admissions & Marketing Assistant at a prestigious North London school. Initially a temporary position starting as soon as next week, with potential to become permanent in due course. Responsibilities
- Hall bookings
- Catering requests
- Photography & Vidigami admin (photo management system)
- Music department admin
- Front desk cover as required
- Clubs support for the Head of Operations
- Social media support to Head of Admissions and Marketing
- 4+ assessment logistics support
Requirements and qualities
- Minimum of two years’ office experience
- ideally already DBS checked
- Confident professional who can make the role their own from day one
- Natural authority, initiative to enhance operations, and ability to support admissions and marketing
