We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations, Admissions & Marketing Assistant, with high standards, to join a prestigious North London school; perfect for someone who thrives in a varied environment and takes pride in being a welcoming and professional team player.
We’re seeking a confident professional with a minimum of two years’ office experience, who can step into this role and make it their own from day one. The successful candidate will bring natural authority and the initiative to enhance operations, whilst supporting admissions and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will be naturally warm and personable, with immaculate presentation and a professional demeanour that reflects the school’s values. This role will often be front-facing, so, will help shape visitors’ and parents’ first impressions; therefore, polished communication skills and a welcoming presence are essential.
Social media experience or an interest in digital marketing is valuable, as the successful candidate will be supporting school marketing initiatives.
Given the early start times and location, we are ideally looking for candidates who live locally.
Hours – 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
Start – end August / start of September
Holiday – 30 days – taken during school holidays, plus bank holidays

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Hall bookings
- Catering requests
- Photography & Vidigami admin (photo management system)
- Music department admin
- Front desk cover as required
- Clubs support for the Head of Operations
- Social media supportto Head of Admissions and Marketing
- 4+ assessment logistics support
