We are seeking a personable, self-assured and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join a global creative media company belonging to a leading British actor. This role will involve dealing with a broad range of people and working closely with the senior team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a collaborative and engaging environment.
This is a pure administrative role requiring precision and discretion. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; ideally suited to someone with experience in creative environments, whether in film, music, production, the arts, charitable foundations, media, or similar.
This role suits someone confident and composed, who values trust and longevity, and is comfortable navigating formal and high-profile environments while remaining personable and practical behind the scenes.
The successful candidates will be calm under pressure and adaptable, with strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple systems. A proven Private or Personal Assistant background, supporting HNWIs, high-profile individuals, or celebrities, is essential.
Start: ASAP, but will wait notice for right candidate
Hours: 9-6pm, with flexibility for evening and weekend work when required
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage a complex diary, prioritising requests, resolving conflicts, and keeping the Principal fully briefed.
- Meetings & Logistics: Organise meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely reminders.
- Communication Management: Act as first point of contact, screen and prioritise correspondence, and draft professional documents.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and follow up on action points.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external advisors.
