We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office PA to provide administrative support to managers and executives of a sociable, busy and growing commodity dealer. They need a can-do person to get the office organised and running smoothly.
They are looking for a team player, willing and eager to help from day one β no task too big or small. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, positive attitude, demonstrating reliability and motivation, with a genuine desire to grow within the role.
The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience and outstanding communication skills, as they will need to be comfortable dealing with clients and new enquiries across different channels, such as email, live chat or phone.
Relevant experience is welcomed but not essential, as they are open to early-career applicants, and whilst an interest in financial markets or investments would be a plus, it is not a requirement.
Hours β 9am-5pm (with flexibility required on occasion)
Start β ASAP
Based β fully office-based
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing office email inboxes and ensuring timely responses
- Handling live chat enquiries, professionally and helpfully
- Organising and uploading company expenses
- Maintaining office supplies
- Liaising with suppliers as necessary
- Organising travel, documents and logistics
- Supporting / researching new business development options
- Assisting with general office tasks / projects
