We are recruiting for two marketing roles for a lovely creative and sustainably minded furniture business based in the Guildford area. The two roles are Paid Media Coordinator who will take the lead on paid search and social strategy and execution, and Marketing Coordinator, to help deliver brand vision and big ideas across multiple.

The successful candidate for either role must be a motivated and organised team player, as they will be involved across the board, from end-to-end planning and management of campaigns to photoshoots, partnership management to asset creation.

These are hands-on, varied roles where the right candidate will play a key part in helping to grow a unique, design-led brand. There are many opportunities for growth whilst learning in this role.

For the Paid Media role, this candidate needs to understand the challenges and opportunities involved in high consideration / low frequency purchases, as well as having a strong understanding of incrementality and attribution. Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms is essential, along with excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

For both roles our client requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, and a passion for furniture, design, and sustainability would be advantageous for this role.

Hours: 9-5.30pm

Based: Guildford area – driver essential

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and optimise paid search, advertising and social marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute a paid media strategy
  • Continuously optimise campaigns for performance, focusing on upper and lower funnel metrics to drive incremental sales and awareness
  • Manage paid media budget, ensuring effective allocation / spending
  • Forecast and allocate budget based on campaign performance and goals
  • Maintain tracking and reporting for all paid media campaigns
  • Regular reporting to team
  • Use analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth

Marketing Coordinator:

  • Manage marketing calendar
  • Manage campaign timelines / critical paths
  • Manage marketing inbox
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders / freelancers
  • Source and manage marketing collateral and production requirements
  • Handle asset delivery to third parties
  • Project manage photoshoots
  • Support and uphold brand identity
  • Collaborate on developing campaigns / creative direction
  • Lead the creation of marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Support art direction for photoshoots
  • Maintain a creative partnerships programme
