Job Description
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Marketing and Events Executive to join our entertainment / gaming industry client to be responsible for coordinating exhibitions, logistics, budgets and event planning, alongside Heads of Marketing and Events.

They are seeking a collaborative team player who’s willing to muck in and considers no task too big or small. The ideal candidate will be proactive and responsive, with a genuine love of to-do lists!

This candidate must be unflappable under pressure and able to function in a fast-paced environment, where multiple projects run simultaneously and adaptability is critical.

They need a natural communicator – capable of building community and relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at every level, ensuring that continuity and operations run smoothly.
\\n\\n
The position also includes getting involved with office management, i.e. reception, scheduling, correspondence, and inventory management; therefore, strong organisational and project management skills are vital to this role.

Strong logical thinking combined with basic spreadsheet skills, including sum formulas, is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Organising exhibitions and event presence, inc’ stand design, travel, catering, meeting schedules, internet, stakeholder parties, etc
- Budget monitoring & reporting
- Events industry research and planning
- Digital advertising planning and delivery
- Write briefs for the marketing team members
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, third parties etc
- Liaise with internal departments to keep event projects on track
- Manage reception area, including welcoming guests and visiting staff
- Manage company correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Data entry, employee records, expenses etc
- Managing office inventory / supplies
- Office management duties, office relocations, H&S, compliance etc
- Ad-hoc assistance as required
