We currently have an excellent opportunity to join a thriving West London estate agency as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. They are seeking a confident, ambitious and energetic candidate who is driven to start a career in property and able to thrive under pressure in a competitive environment. While no prior experience is required, a keen interest in and passion for property are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess confident communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with a self-motivated attitude and genuine drive to succeed. A strong work ethic, professional presentation, and diligent attention to detail are essential, alongside a confident and personable approach that will help build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm, one Saturday in four 10am-4pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handling incoming tenant enquiries, phone calls and walk-ins
- Registering tenant searches
- Organising and booking property viewings
- Maintaining database records
- Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- Following up on viewing feedback
- Taking, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers
- Assisting in the administration of the tenancy
