We are looking for an outstanding Senior Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and Chief of Staff of a London-based Finance firm. The successful candidate will have significant EA experience supporting a Founder, CEO or similarly senior executive, ideally within a fast-paced financial, professional services environment. You will be highly organised, proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise, remaining calm under pressure while prioritising a large volume of work with competing deadlines. Exceptional discretion, and sound judgement are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a polished, professional manner.
Location: Central London (Full office)
Salary: £65-100k DoE
Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm (as required)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing a busy and fast-moving diary
- Preparing briefing materials
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Drafting, proofreading and managing correspondence
- Preparing meeting notes, minutes and action summaries
- Preparing packs for board, management and investment meetings
- Providing occasional ad hoc support on personal or logistical matters
- Providing diary, administrative and project coordination support to Chief of Staff
- Project coordination; tracking projects and strategic initiatives
- Assisting with events, offsites and ad hoc initiatives as needed
