We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator, workspace furniture design, based in Clerkenwell. This is an excellent opportunity for an Interiors Project Administrator who wants to build a career in the furniture and interiors industry, working within a friendly, collaborative office. No specific interiors experience is necessary, although relevant experience is welcome, and full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude and strong communication and administrative skills. You will be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. You will also be happy to attend client meetings and industry events as required, supporting the wider project team across all stages of delivery. This role offers genuine scope for career development within a growing business. You will gain exposure to every stage of a project, from quotations and purchase orders through to installation and handover, while working closely with warehouse, sales and project teams. Working Arrangements

Based Hybrid 4 days pw in the office, Fridays WFH

Hours: 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the project team with quotations, purchase orders and checking order confirmations
  • Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and taking meeting notes
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to schedule deliveries and installations
  • Preparing product samples for client presentations and producing finishes schedules
  • Creating Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for completed projects
  • Managing client enquiries and coordinating day to day works
  • Helping the team adhere to sustainability goals
