A growing office property specialist is looking for a switched-on Personal Assistant Office Manager to support two directors and their wider team. This is a busy, fun office where no two days look the same, and the successful candidate will play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly.
The ideal PA and Office Manager will be unflappable and calm under pressure, with a knack for staying on top of diaries, deadlines and details. Strong communication skills and adaptability matter more than a property background, though prior sector experience is a definite plus. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PA and office manager looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting high-level management within a genuinely supportive and sociable team.
Based: 4 days office & Friday WFH
Hours: 9-5pm

- Managing the office and office supplies
