We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to join a well-established and genuinely lovely team within a major global sports media business, supporting an on-the-go Director as gatekeeper and right hand. This maternity cover role offers real variety, plenty of pace for the right candidate. If you’re someone who loves being the organised backbone of a senior leader’s world, this one’s for you.
The successful candidate will join a team that has worked effectively together for a long time; there’s a great dynamic and a real sense of fun alongside the hard work. They will be looking for someone capable of absorbing information quickly and able to navigate last-minute changes with ease; they should be a highly organised, detail-oriented team player who is flexible, collaborative, and happy to go the extra mile when needed.
Applicants must be comfortable keeping a busy, ever-changing schedule running smoothly across multiple time zones and supporting international travel planning.
Hours: 9am-5.30pm (with some out of hours required)
Start: ASAP
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Complex diary management
- Heavy inbox management, filtering, prioritising, and responding on behalf of the Director
- Extensive travel planning and logistics, flights, hotels, transfers – alongside internal travel team
- Meeting and event scheduling
- Expenses management (365 platform)
- Handling confidential information with complete discretion
- Liaising with various departments across the business on behalf of the Director
- Ad hoc team assistant support for the wider team
- Meeting deadlines consistently
