A highly regarded international architectural practice is seeking an ambitious and creative Architecture Marketing Manager to join its London team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in architecture and design, strong writing and graphic design skills, and experience in a creative or design-led environment.

Working closely with the architectural team and senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will take ownership of the practice’s marketing and communications activity, helping to communicate its projects, ideas and design approach while developing a distinctive brand and voice.

The role will involve:

  • Building relationships with architectural and wider design and property press
  • Supporting exhibitions and industry events
  • Maintaining the practice’s visual identity and external profile
  • Creating portfolios, presentations and project content
  • Developing written and visual communications
  • Supporting architectural and academic research
  • Managing social media and website content
  • Coordinating architectural award submissions
  • Identifying press and publication opportunities
  • Building relationships with press and industry contacts
  • Supporting speaking engagements, exhibitions and events
  • Developing the practice’s brand identity and visual standards
  • Supporting the Principal with the practice’s monograph and external profile

The successful candidate will ideally have previous marketing or communications experience within an architectural practice or design-led environment, with excellent writing, editing and graphic design skills. A strong visual eye, interest in architecture and the built environment, and experience across digital communications and marketing materials are important. Existing press contacts would be advantageous. Candidates from related design, property or creative environments will also be considered.
