We currently have an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Southwest London estate agency as a Lettings Negotiator. They are seeking a confident, ambitious and energetic candidate who is driven to start a career in property and able to thrive under pressure in a competitive environment. While no prior experience is required, a keen interest in and passion for property are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess confident communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with a self-motivated attitude and genuine drive to succeed. A strong work ethic, professional presentation, and diligent attention to detail are essential, alongside a confident and personable approach that will help build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Car and mobile provided. A full and valid UK driving licence is essential.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm, every other Saturday 10am-4pm

Based: Southwest London – fully office-based

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming tenant enquiries, phone calls and walk-ins
  • Registering tenant searches
  • Organising and booking property viewings
  • Maintaining database records
  • Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
  • Following up on viewing feedback
  • Taking, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers
  • Assisting in the administration of the tenancy
