We are seeking a Family Personal Assistant to support a great family in South Kensington. This is a varied role split approximately 50% private and 50% business PA duties, working from the family home and (eventually) an office in Central London, playing a key part in helping to set up their new office whilst managing the family’s day-to-day needs. Part of the role will include helping with occasional school collections and the coordination of after-school activities for the older child, 10 yrs.
Responsibilities:
- Managing household admin, including insurance, bills and general errands
- Booking travel and managing itineraries for family and business
- Property maintenance management for nearby properties
- Supporting the setup and administration of the new central London office
- General business PA tasks, including diary management and correspondence
- Occasional school collections and coordination of after-school activities for the older child
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience essential; Family / Private PA experience beneficial
- ASAP start required
- Proactive, trustworthy and reliable with exceptional organisational skills and the flexibility to move between family and business priorities
- On the business side, comfortable with diary management, email correspondence, and supporting general office operations with professionalism and discretion
Hours: Mon – Fri 9 – 6pm, occasionally 10 – 7pm
Holiday: 28 days holiday
