We are seeking an experienced and highly professional property development Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director of this leading company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated EA to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful Property Development Executive Assistant will be polished and proactive with demonstrable experience at senior level. They will possess excellent organisational skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and composure. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative, can-do approach.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of using their own initiative, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, as is the ability to present written information clearly and logically. Previous experience handling sensitive personal and corporate information is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage the Director's diary, schedule appointments, and ensure all relevant resources are in place for meetings.
  • Act as liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders; screen and prioritise emails, calls, and communications.
  • Meeting minutes and action tracking.
  • Manage files, databases, guest lists, spreadsheets, and subscriptions.
  • Create and edit presentations.
  • Manage the contact database.
  • Handle incoming calls to the Director.
  • Manage budgets and process invoices.
  • Handle mailings, couriers, and collections or deliveries.
  • Handle confidential personal and corporate information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Director.
