We are working with a global design studio to find a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of their directors. With stunning offices in the heart of Central London and a presence all over the globe, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a world-class creative practice.
The successful candidate will provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to a busy Director, acting as gatekeeper and point of contact across internal and external stakeholders. This is a business‑focused support role, varied and fast‑moving, requiring someone with initiative, sharp instincts, and the confidence to manage up effectively. There will also be some additional support required to the local office head.
We are looking for an experienced EA who is ready to hit the ground running. Someone switched‑on, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The role is full‑time in the office, Monday to Friday.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage a busy and ever‑changing diary, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and events across multiple time zones
- Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for the Director, both internally and externally
- Provide full administrative and organisational support to the Director, and some support to the Head of Office
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas and follow‑up documentation
- Assist with project tracking, timelines and key deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Support presentation formatting, internal communications and report preparation
- Liaise with clients, senior leadership and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the Director’s schedule and commitments
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and uphold the highest standards of professionalism
