We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Executive Assistant to support a UHNW couple who own and run a highly successful D2C brand. This is a dynamic and multifaceted position requiring a candidate who has previously supported UHNW individuals or families with EA responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be highly discreet, culturally aware, and adept at managing complex, fast-paced schedules and competing priorities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role. This candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate and prioritise between this couple and senior leadership within the company.

Candidates must demonstrate strong cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to international business etiquette. They should be commercially astute with experience liaising at a senior management level. Proven experience in similar UHNW support roles is essential. Based 4 days at their home near Kettering, therefore, must live within a commutable distance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide EA support managing complex diaries, travel itineraries, and schedules
  • Assist with the expansion of the business globally, travel required as and when
  • Liaise with stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Assist with recruitment of senior hires
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
  • Attend meetings as required, taking minutes / ensuring follow-up actions completed
  • Act as liaison between multicultural network of business and personal contacts.

  • Strong cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to adapt to international business etiquette
  • Commercially astute with experience liaising at a senior management level
  • Proven experience in similar UHNW support roles
  • Must be based 4 days at the couple's home near Kettering and live within a commutable distance.
