We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique property agency based in the heart of Knightsbridge, who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their two Directors. This is a varied and hands-on role, combining EA duties with day-to-day office management, and sits within a busy sales office providing wider support to the sales and lettings teams. Our client is a close-knit, sociable and genuinely friendly team who pride themselves on being professional whilst maintaining a warm, welcoming office culture.
They are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and hardworking, with solid experience gained in a similar EA or office management role. Full training will be given on AML compliance, although any existing knowledge or experience within the property sector would be a strong advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a small, supportive and high-performing team.
Given the seniority of the individuals being supported and the client-facing nature of the role, candidates should be comfortable liaising confidently with high-net-worth clients as well as managing the day-to-day running of a busy office.
