Our client, an award-winning wealth management partnership, is looking for a highly organised and resilient Assistant to support two busy Wealth Planning Directors. This is a hybrid role, working four days from the office and one day from home.
This is a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly, so the ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, manage their time effectively, and consistently deliver to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar support role, ideally within financial services, and will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including external banks and providers. Day to day, you will manage a high volume of work, so strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and confident use of Microsoft Office are all essential. Experience dealing with high‑net‑worth and demanding clients will be a distinct advantage.
You will be a collaborative team player who maintains professionalism and discretion, and who handles sensitive information with care. A proactive problem‑solver by nature, you will take ownership of tasks from start to finish, adapt readily to change, and support colleagues and senior management alike.
