An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly capable 1-2-1 C-suite-level Executive Assistant to support the Director of a thriving property investment business based in Central London. This is a varied, fast-paced, hands-on role, ideal for an EA who enjoys serving as the lynchpin of a small, entrepreneurial office and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. This role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and being a trusted right-hand. The successful candidate will join a close-knit, ambitious team where individual contribution is truly valued.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced EA, preferably with a background in providing senior-level / C-suite support, in either property or professional services. Applicants must be exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of priorities. This candidate must be able to thrive under pressure and demonstrate excellent judgement and discretion at all times. Communication style should be confident, personable, and professional, enabling strong relationships to be built internally and externally. This is an office-based role, and the successful candidate will be comfortable being fully immersed in the business on a day-to-day basis. This role demands a tech-savvy candidate with strong skills across MS Office and Google Workspace.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Full diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Assisting with property-related administration and projects
- Ensuring the office is organised, efficient, and running to a high standard
- Ad-hoc support and problem-solving as required
