Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enterprising Lettings Administrator to join our lovely property client, to help manage the lettings process, from valuation through to move-in, and deliver exceptional service to their landlords and tenants.

The successful candidate would be joining a friendly supportive and fun workplace, where taking ownership, teamwork and positivity is valued.  Therefore, being comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team is essential in this entrepreneurially minded business.

A minimum 1-2 years’ experience in residential lettings, and a basic understanding of lettings legislation and compliance is essential, alongside proficiency in CRM/property management systems (e.g. Reapit, Sales & Lettings).

Full UK driving licence is required.

\\n\\n

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm NB: 1 in 5 Saturday’s (with lieu day) / viewings out of hours may be required

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with production of photography, floorplans, and marketing materials
  • \\n\\t

  • Attend photo shoots / help with staging
  • \\n\\t

  • Assist with preparation of property particulars and brochures
  • \\n\\t

  • Diary and viewings management
  • \\n\\t

  • Assist with offer paperwork
  • \\n\\t

  • Carry out viewings – if necessary
  • \\n\\t

  • Assist with raising deposit invoices and tenancy documents
  • \\n\\t

  • Carry out pre-occupancy inspections / tenancy paperwork.
  • \\n\\t

  • Meet tenants on move-in day
  • \\n\\t

  • Conduct tenancy reviews and maintain client relationships
  • \\n\\t

  • Assist the Property Management team as needed
  • \\n\\t

  • Liaise with contractors for maintenance and repairs
  • \\n\\t

  • Manage certifications / service schedule i.e GSCs, EICRs, EPCs, cleaning, key cutting etc.
