Our client, a leading Executive Search firm working exclusively in the hospitality, leisure, travel and retail sectors, is seeking an energetic, motivated candidate with an interest in their specialist markets. They need a real self-starter with high standards who is analytically minded.
The right candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills. They must be an effective team player, with an analytical mindset, curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
The client will be looking for candidates with meticulous attention to detail and tenacity in the face of challenge, who can operate with high integrity and personal standards. They must excel at managing both short-term and long-term deadlines, thriving particularly in fast-paced environments, where adaptability and quick thinking are essential.
Knowledge of Filefinder and InDesign is desirable, and experience in their sector or executive search would be preferred.
Hours: 9am-6pm, finish at 5pm on Fridays
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Partners and Associates with research activity
- Sourcing & analysing industry news and distributing internally
- Preparing accurate client report summaries
- Overseeing the completion of presentation documents i.e assignment briefs, long lists, shortlist profiles and search overviews
- Database management
- Conducting research and compiling relevant documents for candidates and clients to ensure they are fully informed ahead of meetings
- Researching companies within target specialist industries
- Keeping abreast of market movements and building industry knowledge
- Assisting with business development
