Our prestigious investment management client is seeking a House & Community Coordinator to enhance their presence in their immediate neighbourhood. This role will require community engagement, brand ambassadorship, and exceptional hospitality to create an unparalleled client experience. Ideally, candidates should be within a 15 / 20 minute commute of Chiswick area.

Working as part of the marketing and operations team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment while developing strategic local partnerships and coordinating engaging events. The successful candidate will also need to manage social media channels, support prospect engagement, and ensure the office space reflects our premium service standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for a polished professional who is able to combine their excellent relationship-building skills with strong attention to detail and a natural flair for hospitality.

The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment; they should have previous customer service experience and ideally an events and / or hospitality background.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with office management, ensuring exceptional presentation and hospitality standards
  • Create and coordinate a schedule of local events to drive client engagement and prospects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key local business partners
  • Manage social media channels with targeted and relevant aligned content
  • Support Relationship Managers with prospect inquiries / appointment scheduling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise local campaigns
  • Maintain literature and marketing materials
  • Liaise with Estate Management regarding facility maintenance
  • Handle walk-in inquiries when Relationship Managers are unavailable

Hours: 9-5.30, with TOIL if weekends OoH are worked

Based: Chiswick (ideally commutable within 15/20 mins)
