We are seeking an immaculately presented and highly organised Front of House/Co-ordinator to join a dynamic property development and investment business in Central London. This is a pivotal role; first and foremost, requiring front-of-house excellence combined with some outstanding administrative support, presenting the face of the company whilst ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
This role will offer significant growth and development potential in time. The business is committed to nurturing the right candidates and enabling real career progression, with scope to take on increasing responsibility over time.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, support front of house activities, whilst also providing proactive administrative support to the Senior Business Manager and helping with Office Management duties.
Candidates must be confident, polished and personable; equally at ease managing a busy reception as well as supporting senior members of the team. Candidates must be calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling competing priorities without close supervision. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude and genuine ambition are essential. You will take ownership of your work, use initiative proactively, and bring a can-do approach to everything you do.
Previous front-of-house and office experience is preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Diary management, meeting scheduling / coordination, action tracking
- Take and circulate meeting minutes as required
- Answer the main switchboard in a professional manner
- Receive and welcome visitors
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming / outgoing correspondence, including sorting post / couriers
- Prepare / format documents and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning and document management
- Collate and update lists, logs and registers as required
- Assist with the implementation of new initiatives
