We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Administrator to join our successful, privately owned property investment company, based in a vibrant area of East London.
This varied role combines residential property administration (50%) with front‑of‑house responsibilities (50%). The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest and understanding of the residential property market, proven administrative experience, and a welcoming, can‑do attitude.
We’re looking for someone happy to roll up their sleeves and support the wider team as needed. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and tenants, creating a positive impression whilst efficiently managing the flow of people through the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. They must be a team player with a flexible, proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, and previous experience in property, facilities, or reception roles is beneficial.
Front of House
- Welcome and assist visitors, contractors, and tenants
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring facilities are prepared
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Manage post and deliveries
