We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a wonderful household in South Kensington, working alongside other staff such as a cook and nanny. This is a truly varied and dynamic role, encompassing a wide breadth of duties — no two days will look the same. From running errands and tackling odd jobs to managing the household’s day-to-day needs, you will be an all-round support to a busy family, working primarily from their home. The role will be diverse and rewarding.
Duties will span everything from household coordination and supplier management to ad hoc tasks, personal shopping, and whatever the day throws up along the way. Part of the position will also include occasional school collections and coordinating after-school activities for the older child, aged 10.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with diary management, email correspondence, and supporting general office operations with professionalism and discretion — switching seamlessly between duties and priorities as the need arises. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a role where flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential. You must be trustworthy and reliable, with exceptional organisational skills and the confidence to roll up your sleeves and get things done. Previous admin experience is essential, and Family Personal Assistant experience is highly beneficial. An immediate start is required.
