This private family office is seeking an energetic Associate to provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, operational, and personal support across the family’s business and personal activities, on a part-time basis three to fours days per week.The role demands a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise. The motivation to strive for excellence is essential.The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and able to work seamlessly with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of family affairs. Confidentiality and discretion are a key attribute along with the ability to handle sensitive information with care.Proficiency with Office & scheduling software, and at least 2-5 years of relevant experience is required. A basic understanding of financial management budgeting and account is essential.Additional Information: Valid driver’s licence.
