We are seeking an organised, professional and skilled EA to provide comprehensive, proactive support to the HR Director and direct reports for a significant UK charity.

This role requires previous experience in human resources and team management, alongside excellent administrative and executive assistant skills. It is a very fast-paced and varied role, within an exciting, growing and mission-driven organisation – with the scope to take on more responsibility for the right candidate.

Meticulous attention to detail, flexibility in approach, and the highest levels of discretion and good judgment are essential. The client will be looking for someone calm, reliable, conscientious, and an eloquent adept communicator, with stakeholders and materials at all levels.

Must come from an HR background as an EA and live within commutable distance of London.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Central point of contact for Executive, Board and key stakeholders and HR team
  • Complex diary & inbox management
  • Event planning, internal / external
  • Complex travel planning & liaison with travel agents
  • Expenses management
  • Work across departments to ensure good practice and culture
  • Project management
  • Admin support for HR execs
  • Implement efficient systems and processes
  • Collaborate with other EAs to support smooth running of the office infrastructure

Hours: 9 – 5:30 pm (some out of hours)

Based: Hybrid (2/3 days office)

Start: ASAP ideally but will wait for notice
