We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide strategic and practical one-to-one support to the Executive Director, our long-standing client, a well-respected membership organisation.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administrative requirements alongside conducting research and analysis. Critical thinking abilities are essential to balance strategic objectives with operational responsibilities effectively.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and support stakeholders across diverse groups. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organisational abilities and a detail-oriented approach to prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects. They should be a self-starter and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
The role requires a flexible approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. Previous research experience and strong IT skills are essential.
Hours: FT 35 hours per week (min 4 days office)
Start Date: ASAP
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Complex diary management
- Prepare agendas, distribute briefing packs etc
- Track meeting actions
- Minute taking
- Prepare/proof correspondence, presentations and reports
- Receive visitors and deliveries
- Conduct research
- Collate, organise and analyse data to provide insights / reports / briefings, etc
- Provide analysis to support business cases, partnerships & special projects
- Develop / maintain research database & knowledge bank
- Provide project support
- Project management: track deliverables / deadlines & outcomes
- Data / file management, ensuring regulatory / internal compliance
- Health and safety compliance management
