Weβre seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant and Project Manager to join an expanding startup on a contract self-employed basis, combining strategic project management with high-level executive CEO support.
This role requires a candidate able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, can work autonomously and establish robust processes, whilst supporting a growing team. This candidate will need exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage complex and competing priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven EA and/or Project Manager track record and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. They must be highly digitally competent across a wide variety of platforms and tools.
Experience in publishing or startup environments would be advantageous, as would familiarity with the wellness sector and bookkeeping or financial administration skills.
Contract: Approx 40 hours per week
Location: Remote + 1 day / week Central London
Hours: Full-time - occasional flexibility required
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage complex scheduling, diary, emails, calendar and travel
- Handle personal / business tasks with discretion and efficiency
- Act as the first point of contact for internal / external contacts
- Drive projects from conception to completion
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Build and implement processes / systems
- Create quality internal / external documentation
- Track multiple workstreams
- Coordinate event organisation and logistics
- Support team coordination and internal communications
- Maintain filing systems and company documentation
- Monitor progress across projects and timelines
