This fantastic boutique real estate client is looking for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager, with professional appearance – who’s a team player, discrete and ready to get stuck in and hit the ground running from day one in this busy team.This candidate must be a organised and strong administrator, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload. They should have great communication skills both verbal and written, and the enthusiasm to develop their kills and knowledge of the role.The successful candidate must be a proactive problem solver, with a positive, professional and approachable manner; excellent attention to detail is essential, and the ability to motivate themselves to get the job done.Ideally 5+ years’ experience, and a confident user of Microsoft packages – MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. First point of contact for guests & visitorsCoordinate complex travel and calendar management for two PartnersProvide administrative and office supportPrioritise emails, draft, review and send communications on behalf of PartnersOrganise, prepare for and participate in meetings, including document preparation & minute takingHandle confidential documentsMaintain the office area, meeting rooms and kitchenResolve unexpected issues that could ariseOrganise office events, lunches, drinks etcLiaise with building management (reception team, facilities, contractors)Provide support for HR when neededBased – fully office basedHours –9am-6pmSalary – up to £65k + discretionary annual bonus and great bens i.e. free lunch Monday, breakfasts and drinks on Thursdays. ***Joyce Guiness is one of London’s longest-established business support recruitment agencies.
