This fantastic boutique real estate client is looking for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager, with professional appearance – who’s a team player, discrete and ready to get stuck in and hit the ground running from day one in this busy team.This candidate must be a organised and strong administrator, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload. They should have great communication skills both verbal and written, and the enthusiasm to develop their kills and knowledge of the role.The successful candidate must be a proactive problem solver, with a positive, professional and approachable manner; excellent attention to detail is essential, and the ability to motivate themselves to get the job done.Ideally 5+ years’ experience, and a confident user of Microsoft packages – MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
