Our client, a well-respected Investment Management Recruiter, is seeking a self-motivated and highly organised professional to fill a part-time EA role, providing essential support to the Managing Director and business in general. The team is talented, energetic, and dynamic, and the business is based in lively offices in the City.
This Executive Assistant must be an experienced and confident communicator as they will be the backbone of operations, providing comprehensive business support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of this busy recruitment firm. This role offers a perfect blend of administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities.
Experience with accounting software, social media management, and email marketing would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and video conferencing platforms is essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide 1:1 MD support, email, and diary management
- Assist with recruitment, arrange interviews, candidate profiles, and CVs formatting
- Update client pitches / maintain the CRM system
- Collate temp timesheets
- Process invoices / payments / payroll
- Manage expenses, reconciliations, and profit/loss using Xero and DEXT
- Maintain supplier relationships / research new vendors
- Onboard new starters
- Maintain GDPR compliance
- Updating LinkedIn and website
- Write and distribute monthly e-newsletters
- Events organising
Hours: 25 hours/week, spread over 4 or 5 days. Must work Friday.
