Responsibilities:- Proactively manage the Director's diary, schedule appointments, and ensure all relevant resources are in place for meetings.
- Act as liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders; screen and prioritise emails, calls, and communications.
- Meeting minutes and action tracking.
- Manage files, databases, guest lists, spreadsheets, and subscriptions.
- Create and edit presentations.
- Manage the contact database.
- Handle incoming calls to the Director.
- Manage budgets and process invoices.
- Handle mailings, couriers, and collections or deliveries.
